Over the Knee Boots
I remember when Over the knee boots first came on the scene back in 2010-11 maybe even before then, and they were just not me. I didn’t like the styles at the time, a lot were lace up and it looked like too much effort to me. This year I was determined to embrace them as I had seen on Pinterest some good pairing from others and to really put my back into it, to hunt out my perfect pair. Believe me I have been through plenty, until I just stumbled across these beauties from Public Desire through ASOS. I had given up hope and was thinking that Over the knee boots were never going to be. You see my main problem is that my thighs are disproportion, I wont bore you with the details but they are far to baggy around the top of the boot thus leaving a flappy piece of leather that is neither use to man or beast. Anyway I digress, I saw these in the Black Friday sales and thought ‘oh why not’. Im so glad I did, as the quality is remarkable for hold it…. £31!! yes you read right, such a steal. They are a faux leather upper with a pull on style that has a ankle zip which helps to ease the foot in nicely. Don’t take my word for it go and have a butchers, as they are still on ASOS.
My first outfit
I teamed these bad boys with my High waisted Jeans from Asos, Zara Oversized Jumper dress(sold out) Similar and Zara oversized Blazer which I thought be perfect for work, lunch date a more smarter approach.
My second outfit
Was same on the bottom with a camel cable knit from Primark and my trusty Kaleidoscope Zig zag faux fur coat which I had literally waited all year just to sing ‘Boots and the fur’ the song from Flo rida Low, sad I know!!. These boots are so comfy as the heel is just that right height, that can let you walk all day long in them.
